Order an oversize/overweight permit
What happens to your order
You get the total first
A permit agent reads the order and sends you the states on the route, the state fees at cost and one total before anything is charged.
We file every state
Approve it and we file with every DOT on the route at once, plus the county and city permits the route needs.
Permits reach you and the driver
Permit PDFs arrive by text and email with the approved route and any escort requirements.
Not sure what the route will cost? Price it in the permit cost calculator first, or check each state’s rules.
About ordering
Do I need an account to order online?
No. Choose “Order without an account” and send the trip, the load, the truck and trailer, the driver and your company in one form. If you order often, a free FleetLynk login keeps your trucks, trailers and drivers on file, so the next order starts with them filled in. Running oversize every week? A fleet account adds weekly invoicing: no approval per load, and one invoice each Monday for the week before.
What does a permit cost?
$20 flat per state permit, the state's fee at cost. You see the states on the route and one total before anything is charged.
How fast are permits issued?
Most single-trip permits come back the same day, many in under an hour, while we are open: 7:00am – 7:00pm CT, 7 days a week. Superloads and states that review bridges by hand take longer, and we tell you which applies before you pay.
I sent the order and need to change something. What now?
Call or text +1 (786) 494-6912 with the order reference on your screen. If you change an answer and send it again from the same device, the form asks whether it corrects the order we have or is a different load.
Which states can I order permits for?
All 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, plus the county and city permits a route needs where a state permit stops at the state-highway line. Alaska and Hawaii aren’t served yet.
Can I order by phone instead?
Yes. Call, text or WhatsApp +1 (786) 494-6912, 7:00am – 7:00pm CT, 7 days a week, and a permit agent takes the order with you.
