What a fleet account gets

  • Weekly invoicing

One invoice every Monday for the week before. Pay by card, bank (ACH) or Zelle.

  • Your fleet on file

Trucks, trailers, insurance certificates and state accounts are set up once, so each load starts filled in.

  • A dedicated permit agent

A permit agent assigned to your account, who knows your fleet. The line is staffed 7am–7pm CT, seven days a week.

  • Permits on the driver’s phone

Each driver gets the permits and the approved route by text, on one link.

Your dispatchers can send loads from the same account, and the invoices stay with its owner and admins. See what the driver gets on their phone.

How weekly invoicing works

  1. Monday to Sunday

Send loads from your FleetLynk login, or call or text the permit desk. Permigo files each one, 7am–7pm CT, with nothing to approve per load.

  2. Monday

One invoice lists every permit from the week before: $20 per state permit and each state’s fee at cost. A load through three states is three $20 service fees plus those states’ fees.

  3. Within 7 days

Pay by card or bank (ACH) through the invoice’s pay link, or by Zelle. The Zelle details are on the invoice.

No monthly fee and no minimum. For a single load without an account, start an order.

Getting started

What setup takes, once

  • Your company’s legal name and USDOT number
  • The trucks and trailers you run oversize, with unit numbers
  • Your insurance certificates
  • Any state permit accounts you already hold

A permit agent sets the account up with you and keeps it on file in FleetLynk, so the next load starts filled in.

Set up a fleet account

Send your fleet’s details and a permit agent contacts you to set up the account and the weekly invoice.

Common questions

About fleet accounts

Is there a minimum or a monthly fee?

No. A fleet account costs nothing to open, and there is no monthly fee or minimum. You pay $20 per state permit plus each state’s own fee at cost, on Monday’s invoice for the permits from the week before.

How does weekly invoicing work?

Every Monday, Permigo sends one invoice for all the permits it filed for you the week before, Monday to Sunday. Each permit is listed with the $20 service fee and the state’s fee at cost, and the invoice is due in 7 days.

How do I send a load?

From your FleetLynk login, or by calling or texting the permit desk at +1 (786) 494-6912, 7am–7pm CT, seven days a week. Send the route, the dimensions and weights, the truck and trailer and the move date. Permigo files the permits, and the driver gets them by text.

How do I pay the invoice?

By card or bank transfer (ACH) through the pay link on the invoice, or by Zelle. The Zelle details are printed on the invoice.

Do I approve each permit before Permigo files it?

No. A fleet account has nothing to approve per load: Permigo files each load as it comes in and bills it on the next Monday’s invoice. A one-time order works differently: you see the total and approve it before anything is charged.

Can my dispatchers send loads?

Yes. Add your dispatchers to the account and they can send loads. The invoices stay with the account’s owner and admins.

What do you need to set up a fleet account?

Your company’s legal name and USDOT number, the trucks and trailers you run oversize, your insurance certificates and any state permit accounts you already hold. Send the form on this page and a permit agent contacts you to set it up.

How is a fleet account different from ordering one load?

A one-time order needs no account: you send the load, approve the total, then pay. A fleet account has no approval per load, and every permit goes on one invoice each Monday. Both cost $20 per state permit plus the state’s fee at cost. For a single load today, start an order.
