What we collect
Only what is needed to quote and file a permit:
- Contact details — the phone number or email address you give us, and your company name if you provide one.
- Load details — origin, destination, dimensions, weight, vehicle and trailer configuration, and pickup dates.
- Order history — the permits we have filed for you, so you can find them again.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payment is handled by our payment processor.
Why we need it
State permitting systems require the load and carrier details in order to issue a permit. We cannot file without them. Contact details are used to send you the quote, the issued permits, and questions about your order — nothing else.
Who it is shared with
- State, county and city permitting authorities — the details you give us are submitted to them as part of the application. This is the service.
- Escort and pilot car providers — route and load details only, where you have asked us to arrange escorts.
- Our payment processor — for billing.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will say so here before it does.
How long we keep it
Permit records are retained for as long as we may need to evidence a filing, and thereafter deleted. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
